We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, manage client relationships, and achieve business targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills, along with a good understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial properties.
  • Handle high-value clients and support the team in closing property deals.
  • Coordinate property site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
  • Maintain sales reports, lead databases, and CRM records.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
  • Train team members to improve sales performance and conversion rates.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
