• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

• Proven experience in handling and motivating a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Target-driven attitude with a strong focus on closures.
• Good knowledge of Noida / Delhi NCR Real Estate Market will be an advantage.
