Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B client inquiries, providing timely updates on product availability, lead times, and pricing.
2 . Draft, review, and send professional correspondence, customized quotes, and order confirmations to corporate customers.
3. Coordinate with the manufacturing and dispatch teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of orders, including cable lugs and specialized components.
4. Monitor outstanding corporate accounts, draft collection messages, and follow up systematically to ensure timely payments.
5. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales data, client interactions, and active accounts in the CRM.
6. Assist the broader sales team in preparing product catalogs, display concepts, and materials for industry exhibitions.
