Job Description
A Sales Coordinator acts as the central link between a company’s sales representatives, customers, , efficient sales operations.
Process sales orders, prepare customer quotations and invoices, and track shipments or deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, follow up on pending quotes, and resolve service or order issues. [1]
- CRM & Data Maintenance: Update and maintain client databases, sales pipelines, contracts, and tracking records in CRM or ERP systems. [1]
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports, performance dashboards, and management summaries.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Liaise with production, warehousing, or finance teams to verify stock levels, delivery schedules, and credit terms. [1, 2]
- Sales Team Support: Schedule team meetings, prepare presentation decks, maintain sales.
