Job RoleThe role involves contacting potential customers over the phone, understanding their health insurance requirements, and explaining suitable health insurance plans offered by reputed insurance companies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand the customer's insurance requirements and budget.
• Explain health insurance plans, benefits, coverage, and key features.
• Provide suitable policy options from reputed insurance companies.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi/Hinglish; English communication is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Freshers can also apply; experience in telecalling, sales, banking, or insurance will be an advantage.
