Sales Executive

1. Lead Calling - 100 to 150 Calls / Day

- Work only on *Meta Leads, Procured Leads * - Existing Property Buyers in India, Facebook & Instagram ads - Company provides fresh data daily.

- Segregate and handle Hot, Warm, Cold leads smartly.

- Hot Lead = Call within 5 mins, Warm = Same day follow-up, Cold = Nurture for 7-21 days.

2. Pitch & Qualification

- Pitch fractional real estate concept - low ticket size, high ROI, registry & co-ownership model.

- Explain 2 Lakh onwards model, monthly rental, exit options.

- Qualify client - Budget, investment purpose, timeline.

- Training Provided for product, pitch, objection handling - No prior fractional experience needed.

3. Conversion & Channel Partners

- Convert leads into virtual meetings / office visits / home visits.

- Interaction with Channel Partners - share leads, take follow-up, push for closures.

- Coordinate with Sales Manager for final negotiation and booking.

- Do regular follow-up on WhatsApp, calling to close.

4. CRM & Reporting

- Update every call status in CRM [ Interested, Not Interested, Call Back, Visit Fixed.

- Achieve daily talk time target - 4+ Hours.

- Send EOD report to Manager.

- 100-150 Dials Per Day

- Talk Time > 3.5 Hours

- 80% Lead Touching - No Lead Left Uncalled

- 20-25 Qualified Leads Per Week

- 10-12 Meetings / Per Week

- 4-6% Visit Conversion

- Zero Lead Leakage in CRM

- Channel Partner Coordination - Daily Updates[Mandatory]

What We Need:

- 1 - 4 Years Experience in Real Estate, BFSI, Investment Products, Telemarketing [Fractional / Plots / Timeshare /Banking/ Investment product preferred]

- Excellent Hindi + Basic English

- Comfortable with Meta Leads - High speed calling

- Target oriented, hungry for incentives

- Must be comfortable with Noida location, Tuesday off.

Salary & Incentive - HIGH INCENTIVE JOB:

- Fixed Salary: Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 25,000 [As per interview]

- 2% Conversion Incentive on EVERY Fractional Sale

- Example: If you sell a 5 Lakh fractional share = Rs. 10,000 direct incentive to you

- Monthly performance bonus extra
