Job Description
SALES EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
• Make a minimum of 100 warm calls daily to prospective customers
• Generate, manage, and follow up on 50+ Hot Leads every month.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property needs.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers through calls and WhatsApp
• Schedule and coordinate property/site visits for qualified customers
• Present and explain property projects, specifications, pricing, and payment plans.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally and work towards converting leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and team members for smooth lead handling and closures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Performance & Compensation
Fixed Salary 40,000/month
Incentive Up to 10%, as per the applicable company incentive structure
First Sale The first successful sale will be considered as salary justification
Weekly Off 1 day every week
