1. Sales Target Achievement Key

Responsibilities:·        

• Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets assigned by the management.
• Generate revenue through direct sales and lead conversions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow-up process.
• Ensure maximum conversion of assigned leads.

2. Customer Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

·        Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations.

·        Build relationships with potential customers and delivery partners.

·        Promote GBG X products and services in the assigned territory.

3. Customer Relationship Management

Key Responsibilities:

·        Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

·        Address customer queries and concerns promptly.

·        Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.

·        Support customer onboarding and vehicle delivery processes.

4. Market Development & Brand Promotion

·        Conduct field visits and market surveys.

·        Identify new business opportunities.

·        Participate in promotional campaigns and local marketing activities.

·        Gather competitor and market intelligence.

5. Reporting & Sales Operations

Key Responsibilities:

·        Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.

·        Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

·        Coordinate with Operations, CRM, and Finance teams for smooth customer onboarding.

·        Ensure timely completion of documentation.
