💼 Job Role:
Customer ko attend karna, unki requirement samajhna aur suitable Gold & Diamond Jewellery suggest karna. Product details, pricing aur making charges explain karke sales convert karna.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customers ko professionally greet & attend karna
• Gold & Diamond jewellery present aur explain karna
• Customer queries aur objections handle karna
• Customer follow-up karke sales convert karna
• Daily/Monthly sales targets achieve karna
• Customer relationship maintain karna
• Showroom SOPs, security & jewellery handling rules follow karna
• Proper grooming, discipline aur professional behaviour maintain karna
Requirements:
• 12th Pass / Graduate
• 1–2 years Sales Experience preferred
• Jewellery showroom experience will be an advantage
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Confident, presentable & target-oriented personality
