Job Description

  • ResponsibilitiesConduct inside sales activities via calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into long‑term clients.
  • Present product/service details, address customer queries, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with field sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and closures in CRM/Excel.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly sales performance reports with management.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales/desk sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client‑handling skills.
