Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

· Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and other sales channels.

· Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international travel packages.

· Promote holiday packages, flights, hotels, visa services, travel insurance, and other travel-related products.

· Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations based on client preferences and budgets.

· Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales targets.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.

· Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending bookings to maximize conversions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, tourism, or a related industry
• Experience with holiday package sales will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
