Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
- Explain courses, programs, fees, and admission procedures.
- Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up records in CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to improve conversions.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports.
