Job Description
Company: Flabs Software
Location: Office No. 416, Tower 4, Assotech Business Cresterra, Sector 135, Noida – 201304
Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + performance-based incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday; weekly off every Sunday and the second Saturday.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Flabs Software solutions.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
- Maintain lead status, remarks and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and coordinate with internal teams.
- Work towards sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in software sales, SaaS, B2B sales, tele-sales or healthcare sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, follow-up and negotiation skills.
