Educational Counselor – Job Description
Company: Tatwa Technologies Ltd.
Client/Process: Aakash Institute
Location: Sector 63, Noida – Block A, 67
Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: Educational Counselor
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Qualification: Graduate (Any Degree)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Languages: Hindi & English communication required
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and academic programs.
Handle enquiries and provide information about Aakash Institute programs.
Understand students' requirements and suggest suitable courses.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
Required Skills:
Good Hindi and English communication skills.
Good convincing and counselling ability.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
