About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing education team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/parents, understanding their requirements and converting enquiries into course enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students/parents.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.

Explain course details, benefits, fees and enrollment process clearly.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.

Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.

Convert qualified leads into successful admissions/enrollments.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Build positive relationships with students, parents and international clients.

Coordinate with the academic/customer support team whenever required.

Maintain accurate daily sales and follow-up reports.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

Comfortable speaking with Indian and international customers.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM.

Target-oriented and confident personality.

Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
