Sales Executive:-


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
  • Understand customer needs and pitch products/services accordingly.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
  • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Follow up with interested customers to close deals.
  • Update customer details and call outcomes in the CRM/system.
  • Maintain proper call quality and follow process guidelines.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams for order/lead processing.
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
