Sales & Marketing Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

Justsha is looking for a confident, target-oriented Sales Executive to drive client acquisition for our digital marketing

services. You will manage prospects from first contact through conversion and onboarding, understand their business

goals, and recommend solutions that support measurable growth. The role requires strong communication, disciplined

follow-up, and ownership of sales outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and follow up on company-provided leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other relevant channels.

• Own assigned leads from initial outreach and qualification through negotiation, conversion, and client onboarding.

• Understand each prospect’s business, objectives, budget, and marketing challenges; recommend suitable solutions.

• Pitch and sell Justsha’s services, including Social Media Marketing, SEO, Paid Advertising, Lead Generation, and

Branding.

• Conduct sales calls, online or in-person meetings, and presentations with prospective clients.

• Qualify prospects, address questions and objections, and maintain a consistent follow-up cadence.

• Convert qualified leads into paying clients and work towards monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, lead status, pipeline activity, and conversions.

• Coordinate with the internal marketing team to support a smooth client handover and onboarding process.

• Build client relationships, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and generate new leads independently when

required.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6 months to 1+ year of experience in sales, counselling, business development, or client acquisition.

• B2B sales, digital marketing, advertising, or agency sales experience is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.

• Comfortable working with company-provided leads and independently sourcing new prospects.

• A consistent follow-up approach and the ability to move prospects through the sales pipeline.

• A basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.

• Self-motivated, organised, target-driven, and able to manage multiple leads and priorities.
