👥 *TEAM HANDLING EXPERIENCE*

✅ Experience managing a team of 8–10 members  

✅ Strong sales and target-achievement skills  

✅ Excellent English communication skills  

✅ Bike & Driving Licence Mandatory

💼 *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

🔹 Handle B2B sales and merchant acquisition  

🔹 Engage with business owners through calls and virtual meetings  

🔹 Sell digital solutions to SMBs and merchants  

🔹 Generate revenue and achieve sales targets  

🔹 Manage sales pipelines and customer follow-ups  

🔹 Coordinate with field sales teams and Relationship Managers  

🔹 Monitor team performance and improve conversions  

🔹 Maintain customer records and sales reports in CRM
