Senior Accountant

1. Statutory Compliance &

Taxation●    GST & Tax Compliance: Manage end-to-end GST operations, including monthly/quarterly filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and annual reconciliations. Conduct thorough Input Tax Credit (ITC) matching against GSTR-2B.

●    TDS/TCS Management: Compute and deposit monthly TDS/TCS, draft quarterly returns (26Q, 27Q), and issue Form 16/16A.

●    Audit Coordination: Prepare audit schedules, maintain clean ledgers, and liaise with external statutory auditors and tax advisors during annual and financial audits.

2. General Ledger &

Financial Operations●    Receivables & Payables (AR/AP): Oversee vendor payments, monitor aged receivables, reconcile channel partner accounts, and collaborate with sales teams for timely payment collection.

●    Banking & Treasury: Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), manage daily cash flow tracking, and ensure secure vendor banking workflows.

●    Payroll & Expense Processing: Verify payroll computations, manage PF/ESI deductions, process employee expense claims, and enforce company expense policies.

3. Inventory & Cost

Accounting●    Stock Valuation: Maintain accurate records for hardware stock (AI dashcams, tracking units, peripheral sensors, and SIM assets) across warehouses and assembly lines.

●    Costing & COGS: Reconcile Bill of Materials (BOM) costs, track procurement/assembly overheads, and conduct periodic physical inventory audits to reconcile variances.

4. Financial Reporting &

MIS●    Month-End Closures: Ensure timely monthly ledger closures, draft Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Trial Balances.

●    MIS Generation: Produce monthly MIS reports detailing product-level margins, expense variance analysis, working capital metrics, and cash flow projections for executive management.
