Job Description
- Prepare Continental and Chinese dishes with consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Plan and manage menus, recipes, and portion sizes.
- Bring and lead an existing kitchen team.
- Manage kitchen staffing, shift schedules, and daily operations.
- Calculate and control food costs, minimise wastage, and optimise ingredient usage.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and plan ingredient purchases.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Work flexible shifts according to outlet requirements.
