💰 Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 CTC per month (based on experience)
Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Senior Embryologist to join our IVF team. The candidate will be responsible for managing laboratory procedures, ensuring quality standards, and supporting successful IVF outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform IVF laboratory procedures including ICSI, IVF, embryo culture, embryo grading, cryopreservation, and thawing.
Handle gametes and embryos while maintaining strict quality and safety protocols.
Monitor embryo development and maintain accurate laboratory records.
Ensure compliance with NABH and laboratory quality standards.
Coordinate with fertility specialists and clinical teams for patient treatment.
Train and mentor junior embryologists and laboratory staff.
Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and documentation.
Eligibility
M.Sc. in Clinical Embryology/Life Sciences or a relevant qualification.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an IVF laboratory.
Hands-on experience in IVF, ICSI, embryo biopsy (preferred), vitrification, and thawing.
Strong knowledge of IVF laboratory protocols and quality control.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

💰 Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 CTC per monthy
