Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for soldering electronic components, BMS wiring, battery-related connections, and ensuring proper quality and finishing of assembled products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate soldering of wires, connectors, terminals, PCB components, and electronic parts.
• Perform BMS wiring and battery-related wiring as per production requirements.
• Ensure proper soldering quality, joint strength, and finishing.
• Inspect completed work and identify soldering or wiring defects.
• Carry out rework and correction of defective solder joints.
• Use soldering stations, soldering irons, flux, cutters, and other hand tools safely.
• Follow production drawings, wiring instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation.
• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality.
• Follow company safety and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and Quality Team whenever required

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of soldering and electronic assembly.
• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components.
• Knowledge of BMS wiring is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of lithium battery wiring is preferred.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment.

Candidate Profile

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred.
• 6 month- 1 years of experience in soldering, electronics assembly, battery manufacturing, or related work.
• Candidates should be disciplined, hardworking, and willing to learn.
