Manager – Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Job SummaryManage end-to-end warehouse, inventory, logistics, audits, returns, repairs and reverse logistics operations. Ensure inventory accuracy, timely dispatch, cost control and SCM process compliance.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage warehouse receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Control inventory, stock reconciliation, cycle counts and stock aging.
- Manage inbound/outbound logistics and transportation partners.
- Ensure audit, ERP/WMS and inventory compliance.
- Handle returns, repairs, refurbishment and reverse logistics.
- Track SCM KPIs, MIS and drive process improvements.
- Lead warehouse, inventory and logistics teams.
- RequirementsGraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce or Engineering.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 6+ years in warehouse, inventory, logistics or SCM operations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS, Advanced Excel, inventory control and MIS.
- Telecom/ISP experience preferred.
