Job Description

• Prepare and cook tandoori items as per standard recipes.

• Prepare naan, roti, kulcha, and other tandoor breads.

• Marinate ingredients and ensure proper preparation before service.

• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

• Ensure cleanliness of the tandoor area and kitchen equipment.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.

• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.

• Support kitchen operations during peak hours.
