Job Overview

We are looking for a technically strong and proactive Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring skilled AI Tutors and Instructors for XtraMindAI.

The ideal candidate should have a technical background, preferably B.Tech/B.E., along with a good understanding of AI tools, emerging technologies, and technical talent assessment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment cycle for AI Tutors and Technical Trainers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on their technical knowledge and teaching abilities.
• Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.
• Evaluate candidate's understanding of AI tools and technologies.
• Coordinate technical assessments, PPT presentations, and practical demo sessions.
• Assess candidates on their ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple language.
• Schedule demo classes and coordinate interview rounds with management.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

The candidate should have a basic to good understanding of:

• Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
• ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools.
• Prompt Engineering.
• AI Automation and Workflows.
• AI-based Website and App Development.
• AI Content, Image and Video Creation Tools.
• Python, Machine Learning, or related technical concepts (an added advantage).
• Required Skills & QualificationsB.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate technical candidates effectively.
• Good sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
• Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and the EdTech industry.
