Job Title - Real-estate Telecaller
Location - Tower - B, Bhutani Alphathum, sector 90 - Noida
Shift - 10:00 Am - 7:00 Pm
Pay - 12000 - 16000
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to connect with potential customers, understand their property requirements, generate qualified leads, and schedule site visits. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining project details, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into site visits and bookings.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's lead database.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about available properties and projects.
Understand customers' requirements, including budget, location, property type, and preferred configuration.
Explain project details, including location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.
Generate and qualify leads and identify genuine and interested prospects.
