Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and well-spoken Female Telesales cum Data Entry Operator to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating leads, explaining property projects, maintaining customer records, and updating data accurately in Excel/CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate property leads.
• Explain real estate projects, locations, pricing, offers, and other relevant details to customers.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain and regularly update customer/lead databases.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in Excel, CRM, or other software.
• Track daily calls, follow-ups, leads, and site visits.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and lead status.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up with leads.
• Provide regular reports to the reporting manager.

Requirement

Female candidates preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Confident and polite telephone communication.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or real estate will be an advantage.
