About the Role
Sky Education Group is hiring Telecaller / Lead Generation Executives for our growing Education Sales team.
The role involves making outbound calls to students/graduates, understanding their education and career requirements, generating qualified prospects and handing them over to our Admission Counsellors.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to students from the company's database.
• Understand students' educational background and future study plans.
• Identify students interested in higher education programs such as MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, etc.
• Qualify interested students as genuine prospects.
• Share basic course information and generate interest.
• Handover qualified prospects to the Admission Counselling team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students.
• Update lead status and calling remarks in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily calling and qualified-prospect targets.
Candidate Profile
• Good Hindi communication and basic English communication.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
• Freshers can apply.
• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation or Education Sales will be preferred.
Important
This is an outbound sales/lead generation role, NOT a customer support role.
The primary objective is:
Calling → Student Interest → Qualified Prospect → Counsellor Handover
