Job DescriptionBhartiya Loan Capital is hiring experienced, confident and target-oriented Telecallers for its growing loan sales team.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans and Home Loans.
- Explain loan products, eligibility and documentation requirements.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and loan processing teams.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily calling reports and customer records.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Experience: 6 Months in Telecalling / Sales.
- Age Limit: 23–30 Years.
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Immediate Joiners Only.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Banking, NBFC or loan sales experience preferred.
- Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
