Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities – Telesales ExecutiveMake outbound calls to prospective customers using the leads and database provided by the company.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the company’s products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and maintain a minimum of 8–10 interested sales leads per working day.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, location, and purchase intent.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the field sales team for site visits or further discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information regarding products, pricing, services, and processes.
- Generate and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Identify potential Franchise/Channel Partners and support the onboarding process as per company targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and customer service.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly calling and sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Follow company sales processes, calling guidelines, and performance standards.
- Achieve individual KPIs related to calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, sales, and partner onboarding.
