Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience: Fresher to 2 years preferred

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

About the Role

NLVD Assurance is looking for energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our insurance sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining insurance products, handling customer queries, following up with leads, and converting prospects into successful policy sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company-provided database.

Explain insurance plans, features, benefits, premiums, and policy terms clearly.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.

Generate leads and convert interested prospects into customers.

Follow up regularly with potential customers and close sales.

Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

Update customer information in the CRM/system.

Coordinate with the operations team for policy processing and documentation.

Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass; graduates will be preferred.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, BPO, banking, or insurance sales will be an advantage.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
