Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Female Telesales Executive to join our Real Estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining property projects, and generating site visits and sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, and property preference.
- Explain property projects, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule property site visits.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Maintain customer details and call records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for scheduled site visits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build good relationships with prospective customers.
