Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business growth through effective communication and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential customers.
• Promote and explain company products/services to customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 0 to 4 years of experience in B2C sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• Graduation preferred; fresh graduates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
