About the Role :

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, pitching our digital marketing services, and generating qualified business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate business opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant digital marketing services.
  • Explain company services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, Lead Generation, etc.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and maintain proper communication.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Schedule meetings or appointments with potential clients.
  • Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Update lead details and call status in the CRM or assigned sheets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion.
