Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads regarding vehicle scrapping services. • Understand customers' requirements and collect details of their old/end-of-life vehicles. • Explain the vehicle scrapping process, valuation, free pickup, documentation and payment process. • Explain the benefits of legal vehicle scrapping, including relevant vehicle scrapping certificates. • Convince and convert interested customers into qualified leads/bookings. • Follow up regularly with interested customers. • Handle customer queries and objections professionally. • Coordinate with the operations/pickup team for confirmed leads. • Maintain accurate customer and lead records. • Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling/conversion targets. Candidate Requirements • Minimum 1 year of Telecalling/Sales experience is mandatory. • Excellent communication and convincing skills. • Good Hindi and English communication. • Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills. • Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling. • Basic computer knowledge. • Immediate joiners will be preferred. Plus Point Experience in Automobile, Vehicle Sales, Insurance, Auto Services, Lead Generation, or Customer Calling will be considered an added advantage.
