Position: Sales Executive – Loan Sales
Location: Noida – Sector 3, Near 16th Metro
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Both Welcome
💼 JOB ROLEWe are looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our Loan Sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, speaking with customers, understanding their financial requirements and converting eligible customers into successful loan cases.
- 📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGenerate leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Balance Transfer & OD facilities.
- Contact customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation and process.
- Regularly follow up with customers and convert leads.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth case processing.
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
💰 SALARY & INCENTIVESSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

- Basic knowledge of computers, Excel & WhatsApp.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
