Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
- Maintain records of calls, customer information, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/ weekly/ monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English/ Hindi/ Regional language.
- Good listening and persuasive abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
