Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Search, identify, and shortlist relevant tenders based on company requirements.
- Handle tender bidding activities on the GeM portal and other e-tendering portals.
- Prepare and compile all required tender documents and paperwork.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission deadlines.
- Maintain MIS records for EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and FD/FDR submitted against tenders.
- Track bid submissions, tender status, results, and upcoming deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments for the timely collection of required documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of bids in compliance with tender requirements.
- Maintain records of submitted bids, EMD refunds, and tender-related documentation.
