Job Description
Data Investigation & Tracing: Perform in-depth searches using internal tools, bureau reports (CIBIL/Experian), public records, directory databases, and social media platforms to locate non-responsive or skipped borrowers.
Skip Call Execution: Contact alternate numbers, reference persons, secondary contacts, and associated addresses to verify or obtain updated contact details for delinquent accounts.
Field Coordination: Liaise with ground recovery/field executives to verify physical addresses, business locations, or employer details obtained during tracing.
System & Record Maintenance: Update CRM/Collections Management System immediately upon obtaining verified leads, new contact numbers, or status updates.
Compliance & Ethics: Strictly adhere to RBI collection guidelines, the Fair Practice Code, data privacy norms, and company ethics during all tracing activities.
Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly target quotas for resolved/traceable accounts in mid-to-late stage delinquency buckets (30+ DPD, written-off, or legal accounts).
