Internship Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives

PPO Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives, based on performance

Average Monthly Incentive: ₹3,000+

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Travel Telesales Executive to join our team at Arrow Trips.

Your main responsibility will be to call interested travel leads, understand their requirements, follow up with them, and convert inquiries into confirmed trip bookings.

Responsibilities:

• Call leads provided by the company and explain our travel packages.
• Understand customer requirements and answer their questions.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Convert genuine leads into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain basic records of calls, follow-ups, and bookings.
• Coordinate with the team regarding confirmed bookings.
• Earn incentives for every successful booking.
• If interested, you can also participate in creating Instagram Reels and other travel content for the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18+
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in travel and tourism is a plus, but prior travel industry experience is not required.
• Must be comfortable working from our office in Noida Sector 62.

Working Details:

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: 5 days a week

Incentives: Average ₹4,000/month, based on bookings and performance
