Job Description
As a Travel Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their travel needs, and offering customized international holiday packages. You will play a key role in converting leads into bookings and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage with potential clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Recommend and sell international travel packages tailored to customer needs.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, pricing, itineraries, and travel options.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely booking and confirmation.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
