US Financial Advisor

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Executive – US Financial Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls in the US market, understanding customer requirements, pitching suitable financial plans/services, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls targeting customers in the US territory.
• Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Pitch relevant financial plans/services based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Select and update the correct disposition for every customer interaction.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Identify process gaps and communicate them to management for improvement.
• Maintain proper reference and customer interaction records.
• Consistently achieve assigned monthly targets and performance goals.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Candidates must be physically available to work from Noida.
• Comfortable working in US shifts.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
