Key Responsibilities:
- Contact new leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
- Verify customer details, travel requirements, destination preferences, travel dates, budget, and contact information.
- Assess the authenticity and quality of leads before assigning them to the Sales team.
- Update and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.
- Categorize leads based on qualification criteria and customer readiness.
- Follow up with customers when additional information is required.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely lead allocation.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
