Job Description
वेंडर सोर्सिंग और मूल्यांकन (Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation): नए सप्लायर खोजना, उनकी योग्यता जांचना और कंपनी के मानकों के अनुसार उनका मूल्यांकन करना।
मोल-भाव और अनुबंध (Negotiation & Contracts): बेहतरीन कीमत (Best Price), भुगतान की शर्तों (Payment Terms) और डिलीवरी शेड्यूल के लिए सप्लायर से बातचीत करना।
परचेस ऑर्डर (Purchase Orders - PO): आंतरिक विभागों की मांग पर सटीक PO तैयार करना और उन्हें समय पर जारी करना।
ऑर्डर ट्रैकिंग (Order Tracking): समय पर डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सप्लायर और लॉजिस्टिक्स टीम के साथ समन्वय करना।
वेंडर संबंध प्रबंधन (Vendor Management): बेहतर व्यावसायिक संबंधों के लिए सप्लायर के साथ तालमेल बनाए रखना और उनके प्रदर्शन (Performance) पर नजर रखना।
लागत नियंत्रण (Cost Control): गुणवत्ता से समझौता किए बिना कंपनी के खर्चों को कम करने और बचत के नए तरीके खोजना।
रिकॉर्ड और डेटा प्रबंधन (Documentation): सभी इनवॉइस, डिलीवरी नोट्स और परचेस रिकॉर्ड को आंतरिक सॉफ्टवेयर (जैसे SAP या ERP) में सही ढंग से अपडेट करना।
