Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, support statutory compliance, and assist in monthly closing and reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
• Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Assist in preparation of monthly MIS and financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of accounting records.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related queries.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy of data entered into accounting software.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable.
• Bank and ledger reconciliation skills.
• Good analytical and numerical ability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• QualificationB.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Preferred Candidate2–5 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.
• Candidates from retail, textile, FMCG, manufacturing, or trading industries will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable handling multiple accounting activities independently.
