Job Description

 Job Role – (Customer Care Executive)


         Customer Support Inbound/Outbound (Ticket Closing)


         Salary bracket: 14500-16000/ in hand per month.


        Training days: 1 weeks (1 to 2 Days)

        Training candidate stipend: 250 rupees / working day. 


         Flexible/Rotational Shift, Rotational week offs

         Shift Timings 9 hours (8+1 hour break)

         For Female - Day Shifts (Rotational between 6 AM to 8 PM)

         For Male – Day & Night Shifts (Rotational)

         


        Hiring Criteria for Business Associates –

        Ø Qualifications: Graduation and 12th/ITI/Diploma.
