E-Commerce Executive

Medconic Healthcare, an ISO and WHO-GMP-certified pharmaceutical company, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow its D2C brands across Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho & Quick commerce sites like Blinkit, Zepto, Insta mart Etc  .

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace product listing, catalog management, marketplace advertising, account operations and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize product listings on Ecom & Quick Commerce sites

• Write SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, bullet points and search keywords

• Create (using AI &/or Canva) & Upload product images, A+ Content, brand-store content and product information

• Manage sponsored advertising campaigns across marketplaces

• Handle PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Display campaigns

• Plan and optimize advertising campaigns.

• Monitor ROAS, ACOS, CPC, conversion rate, sales and advertising spend

• Conduct keyword, competitor, category and pricing research

• Improve product ranking, visibility, traffic and marketplace conversions

• Manage inventory, pricing, offers, promotions and discount campaigns

• Monitor orders, returns, reviews, ratings and account-health metrics

• Resolve listing suppression, catalog errors and account-related issues

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and advertising performance reports

• Coordinate with the design team for marketplace-compliant product images

• Ensure all pharmaceutical and healthcare listings comply with marketplace guidelines

Required Skills:

• Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel 

• Practical experience with all Quick commerce platforms 

• Strong knowledge of marketplace listing and catalog management

• Hands-on experience in Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho advertising

• Understanding of marketplace SEO, keyword research and ranking

• Ability to improve ROAS, reduce ACOS and increase profitable sales

• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to independently manage marketplace accounts

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with previous experience in cosmetic Ayurvedic , healthcare, nutraceutical, skincare, personal-care, wellness or FMCG products will be given preference.
