Cosmic Mind Hub is looking for an experienced, bold, confident and highly presentable Female Executive Assistant who can professionally represent our brand and work closely with the Founder.

• Highly presentable with a strong and impressive personality
• Excellent in spoken English & Hindi
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable and confident on camera and in front of an audience
• Experienced in sales, client handling, follow-ups and conversions
• Mature and professional while interacting with clients
• Smart, organised, proactive and quick in decision-making
• Capable of independently managing schedules and coordination
• Comfortable working closely with the Founder
• Age: 20–55 years
• Key ResponsibilitiesIntroduce and coordinate webinars, workshops & online sessions
• Confidently represent Cosmic Mind Hub during webinars and client interactions
• Handle sales enquiries, leads, follow-ups and conversions
• Communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients
• Manage the Founder's meetings, appointments and daily schedule
• Coordinate with clients, trainers and internal team members
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails and meeting coordination
• Maintain follow-up and client records
• Provide day-to-day Executive / Personal Assistant support

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Webinar Host, Client Relationship Executive, Sales Professional, Business Development Executive or any similar client-facing role will be preferred.

We are looking for a confident, polished and experienced professional with a strong personality who can become an important client-facing representative of Cosmic Mind Hub.
