Job Description

Video Editing

  • Excellent command of Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional editing software.
  • Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, cuts, transitions, music and sound design.
  • Experience creating content specifically for YouTube Shorts/Reels is preferred.

Motion Graphics

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
  • Ability to create professional text animations, kinetic typography, transitions and motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.

Creative Skills

  • Strong sense of visual composition, typography and design.
  • Good understanding of social-media video formats and audience retention.
  • Ability to convert simple ideas/scripts into visually engaging content.
  • Good attention to detail.

AI-based video

  • AI Skills – Added AdvantageFamiliarity with AI-based video, image, voice and creative tools.
  • Ability to use AI tools to improve the speed and quality of video production.
  • Willingness to experiment with new AI-powered creative workflows.
