Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage production activities and support mechanical design work.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production, manpower, and production targets.
• Maintain product quality and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Coordinate with the design team and resolve production-related issues.
• Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Practical knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and mechanical drawings.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and team management.
• Job Role Distribution70% Production: Production supervision, planning, and quality control.
• 30% Design: 2D/3D drawings and design modifications.
• Salary & Age CriteriaSalary: ₹26,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and exposure.
• Preferred age: 24–29 years.
• In exceptional cases, candidates with higher age and salary expectations may also be considered.
